Being interested in preventive, integrative care and spirituality and with a passion for sharing these interests, I teach Reiki classes as a Reiki Master and Teacher and offer Reiki energy balancing treatments through individual appointments.
Becoming a Reiki Master / Teacher in 1997 was an important step for me that enables me to share this wonderful Reiki energy with clients during individual Reiki sessions or appointments and to also teach Reiki classes in this vibrational and energy-based system for healing.
Along the way, I learned the Raindrop Technique, a wonderful aromatherapy treatment specifically for the back using essential oils and I have added CranioSacral Therapy that works with releasing deep tension from various causes along the spine from the tail bone to the cranium. Please look at the corresponding pages on my website for more information about each of these bodywork modalities.
As a Spiritual Director, we can work together to notice where God and Spirt are at work in your life through the events that life presents you.
There are two product lines that I personally use that I can recommend. One is nutritionally sound for the health of your body and the other is safe for your home and the environment.
My daughter, Emily Atwood Zwirek, makes beautiful beaded and crystal pendulums to assist one in checking the chakras (energy centers) and for accessing your inner knowing. Click on the sidebar to find more information on how to use a pendulum and how to purchase one.
